RADCAT is a revitalized special project now being conducted jointly by NICAP & Project 1947 with the help and cooperation of the original compiler of RADCAT, Martin Shough, to create a comprehensive listing of radar cases with detailed documentation from all previous catalogues, including UFOCAT and original RADCAT.

Item "b" from SECRET letter
August 28, 1947;  MEW Radar Station, Fukuoka, Japan
A target was picked up in orbit at a range of 26-30 nautical miles on a bearing of.20 to 30 degrees. Target then took a heading of 023 degrees and vvas tracked to a range of 54 nautical miles where it faded.The target was in a climb on this outbound course and the weather at the time was such that the climb would have to be made on instruments. Speed:  390-415 knots; altitude: 1500 feet. Link #2 below has 6 newly-found documents submitted earlier by Jan Aldrich.
