Ridge: The 90-mile range radar was modified to track objects at 250 mile range. The antenna was aimed almost straight up into outer space to look for targets and picked up a target at 200 miles. The report leaked out and Project SIGN sent two high-level investigators, but the prime witnesses were conveniently not available. For the full report documents, see links below. Not listed in the original Project Blue Book unknowns, this incident IS listed in the updated list by Brad Sparks. Brad Sparks: Late Aug. 1947; Alamogordo, New Mexico (BBU) AMC Watson Labs Project Mogul engineer Rosmovski and communications officer Lt. H. G.
